1. Professional Standards
Marissa Walstrom, operating as The Extra Medium, provides evidence-based mediumship and mentorship centered on trauma-informed practices. By using this site or booking a session, you agree that services are for informational and spiritual growth. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and these sessions are not a substitute for professional clinical or legal advice.
2. Booking and Sacred Spaces
All sessions and workshops, including Sacred Scars and Mentorships, must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. We respect the energy of the work and the time allocated for spirit; late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will forfeit their session without refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, branding, and proprietary mentorship techniques shared on this website or through The Extra Collective are the intellectual property of The Extra Medium. Recording of private sessions or workshops is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon. Unauthorized distribution of course materials or recorded content is strictly forbidden.
4. Ethical Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or harassment within our community spaces and during private readings. Marissa Walstrom reserves the right to terminate any session or membership in The Collective without refund if ethical boundaries or community guidelines are violated.
