Refund Policy
At The Extra Medium, we value the sacred exchange of time, energy, and connection. We understand that life happens, but because our work is time-intensive and seats are limited, we maintain the following policies.
Private Readings & Psychic Sessions
All private mediumship and psychic sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will forfeit the full session fee without refund or credit.
Sacred Scars Workshop
Registration for the Sacred Scars workshop is final. Due to the highly limited capacity and the collaborative nature of the curriculum, we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend the live Zoom session, you will retain access to the recorded technique lessons provided to all participants.
The Extra Collective
Membership billing for The Extra Collective is handled exclusively through Patreon. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Patreon account settings. No partial refunds are issued for remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation.
Mediumship Mentorship
Individual mentorship sessions follow the same 24-hour rescheduling policy as private readings. For pre-paid mentorship packages, if you choose to discontinue your program, any remaining balance will be refunded based on the time used, with used hours calculated at the standard individual session rate.
