The Extra Medium is committed to providing quality services. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
Mediumship Readings and Mentorship Sessions
Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will forfeit the full session fee.
Refunds:

Refunds are not provided after a session has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your session, contact us within 48 hours at theextramedium23@gmail.com to discuss potential resolution. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
The Extra Collective (Patreon Membership)
Cancellations:

You may cancel your membership at any time through Patreon.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds:

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a membership period.
Workshops and Events
Cancellations:

Workshop cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future workshop.

If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Refunds:

Refunds for workshops will be processed within 14 business days of your cancellation request.
