The Extra Medium offers:

  • One-on-one mediumship mentorship

  • The Extra Collective community membership (via Patreon)

  • Workshops and educational events

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Minors may participate with written parental or guardian consent.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are made through our website via Calendly or other designated platforms.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

  • You may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Treat facilitators and community members with respect

  • Not record sessions without explicit written consent

  • Not share private community content publicly without permission

  • Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from The Extra Collective for violations of this Code of Conduct.

Mediumship services are for spiritual and educational purposes only.

  • The Extra Medium does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Mediumship readings and mentorship are not substitutes for professional counseling, therapy, or medical care.

  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information received during sessions.

  • Results from mediumship sessions cannot be guaranteed.
